This is the website of the Business Self Assessment tool, a micro site set up and hosted by the Design Council for its programme: Design Out Crime in partnership with the Design and Technology Alliance Against Crime and Home Office ('Design Council and its partners'). By using this website the user agrees to be bound by its Conditions of Use and acknowledges that it contains proprietary intellectual property and copyright information, the terms of which are set out below.

Whilst the Design Council and its partners take every care to ensure that the materials, information and data (together the 'Materials') provided on this site (the 'Website') are accurate and up-to-date, we must emphasise that the Materials are provided on an 'as is', 'as available' basis and without warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, or whether relating to title, the rights of third parties or otherwise.
